Job description:

  • Responsible for the development and management of local supplier resources in Europe, establishing supplier information base, evaluating and optimizing supplier resources
  • Responsible for the development of rules, regulations and processes of European supply chain development of Gotion
  • Design and improve the company's supply chain system, formulate and improve practical management processes for procurement, warehousing, distribution, production, etc., and implement monitoring and management
  • Responsible for establishing and improving the supplier evaluation system and standards, and evaluating the ability of major suppliers in terms of grade, quality, delivery time, price, service, credit, etc
  • Supervise and control the supplier development process, ensure the timeliness of material procurement and delivery, establish inventory system; handle and coordinate the relationship with suppliers, promptly solve the quality and delivery problems of suppliers' products, and continuously improve the quality of procurement
  • Organize the development of annual supply chain business plans, budgets, organize the development and implementation of supply chain strategies
  • Optimize the professional ability and information level of the engineering team, to cooperate with R&D for new process development (process equipment, automated production lines), optimize and improve the process capability of products, and realize the overall digitalization of the production process
  • Supervise the whole process and conduct performance evaluation for the production of local factories and own production lines; lead to improve the quality management system (including IATF16949, IRIS system certification), and be able to respond to the audits of first-tier OEMs and Tier1 at home and abroad
  • Based on industry information and business conditions, complete the annual enterprise cost optimization work target setting, implementation strategy, task decomposition and supervision to achieve
  • Responsible for the department's manpower management and training work, according to the work procedures to do a good job with the technology, marketing, finance department of the horizontal link



  • Bachelor degree or above, 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with study background and overseas work experience preferred
  • Familiar with material procurement procedures and supply chain management business processes
  • Quick thinking, good communication skills, ability to develop suppliers, manage and evaluate suppliers
  • English is acceptable as a working language, German is preferred
  • Have knowledge of procurement management, planning management, cost risk management and basic financial and legal affairs
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, team management skills, and good professionalism, with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility, integrity, loyalty and honesty
  • Proficiency in operating office software
  • Have good communication and coordination, strain and anti-stress ability
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, German or Chinese is a plus
