Job description:

  • Finishing company KPI for battery business development, including battery solution promoting to TB/TC customers, visiting key customers and market opportunities searching.
  • Clarifying customer requirement and make solution for customer related demand.
  • Battery market analysis, policy/regulation, trend, competitors, price in coloration with global BD for business case and plan setting according to company strategies.
  • Continuous to work for battery business growth and acquire business opportunities, work with sales and different function department for RFQ and make proposal in order to get the final nomination
  • Assure to complete business case with global team
  • Marketing and advertisement battery products through exhibition, innovation show, Auto shows, seminar and get business opportunities
  • Finding potential business opportunities and partner resources if any needed based on company strategies
  • Assure international team work and meet global BU BD strategies

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor and above degree, Business related major is preferred
  • 5-8 years related working experience in automotive or ESS industry (BD, Sales and PM) working experience is preferred
  • Deep understanding of Automotive battery and/or ESS market
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, German or Chinese as a plus
  • Proactive, self-motivation and be able to work under pressure
