Position: Project Management Director/Manager
Work Location: China (Shanghai /Hefei) /Germany
Responsibilities
- Responsible for project planning, implementing and management to meet delivery and budget requirements
- Deploy project management strategies to grow global projects and business
- Lead project teams for product engineering, applications and service
- Guide projects through different phases and provide updates on the project progress
- Develop metrics and targets for achieving continuous improvement in project delivery
- Build up and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Provide Coaching to project team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- At least 8 years experience in managing technical projects in the automotive industry
- Industry experience preferred: EV battery /or automotive industry
- Global project management experiences preferred
