Private Jet Charter Broker

Goodwin is seeking a Private Jet Charter Broker to play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

We’re on a journey to enhance and empower the private charter marketplace. Our software brings together open routes, fills empty legs, optimizes fleets, and makes attainable what was previously out of reach. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the charter aviation industry.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
  • Leverage existing industry knowledge and contacts to expand the company's market presence.
  • Must have current and active book of business. 
  • Manage and grow the existing client base through relationship-building and exceptional service delivery.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new clients and accounts.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to implement targeted client acquisition campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of proven success in outside sales. 
  • 3 years experience in aircraft charter sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to have a substantial book of business and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of current marketplace offerings and dynamics.
  • Existing relationships with operators and brokers. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
