About the team:

You will work as part of the operations team in the Hong Kong office, that consists of People Ops, IT, Finance, Workplace Experience. You will be mentored by a Senior IT Engineer.

About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy student to join our IT team in Hong Kong on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for students who are passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in IT and development within a corporate environment. You will assist in day-to-day IT operations, write scripts and develop automations to help with operations, and support the implementation and management of new technologies.This is a part-time role (2-3 day per week) onsite in our Tsim Sha Tsui office.

This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:

  • Assist in routine IT support tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Develop scripts to connect our SaaS services together and automate our internal processes
  • Support the team in managing access, enforcing security, etc
  • Contribute to research and comparison of IT solutions, focusing on security enhancements and innovative tools.
  • Provide backup support to other team members during absences.


The skills you will need to be successful in the above:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with programming and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of IT systems and security solutions (e.g. Jira, Zapier, or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Experience with device management and cloud technologies will be a plus
  • Prior experience or familiarity with automation platforms and research methodologies will be a plus
