Good2Go Auto Insurance is currently hiring Customer Services Representatives to work in our Sales and Operations Center. Use your customer service and people skills to build a successful career within the auto insurance industry. In this position, you will be responsible to manage inbound calls from customers/agents related to billing inquiries, policy questions, and overall customer services.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer’s complaints and recommend solutions.
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, were taken.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and service
  • Communicate changes or adjustment in policies to clients.
  • Reconcile customer billing information to identify outstanding issues and work to develop solutions based on customers inquiries
