What you will do:

Monitor automation metrics for continuous quality & process improvements.
Collaborate with the various teams at Motive to understand the automation needs.
Lead programmatic best practices by example, be a hands on programmer and tech guru.
Estimating efforts, identify risks, devise mitigation and meet project’s automation schedules.
Contribute/Maintain test automation framework development.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of strong experience in developing test automation for the Backend, and Dashboard
Expert level knowledge in one or more programming languages - Java, Python, etc.
Experience in industry best practices in SW development processes: Unit testing, code coverage, OO design, code quality, automation, code reviews etc.
Proven ownership and delivery of automation for a sizable product or product component, a strong sense of independence, and self-direction.
Experience working with large codebases, writing entirely new code and maintaining existing code.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, prioritize automation requirements, work on them and deliver in a timely fashion.
Knowledge in CI/CD Environment
Experience in working with CI/CD tools.
Proficient in Git, Bitbucket, or Version control tool.
Working knowledge of SQL, AWS, Database System
