As Senior Product Manager, Customer Productivity on the Motive Cards team, you will be expected to own the product strategy, roadmap, and ongoing development for the Motive Card productivity suite including platform, integrations, automation & reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong technical mindset, has demonstrated experience working in B2B product organisations, built roadmaps & can set goals & measure the success of the product. To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable building out the platform for an extremely fast-growing 0-1 product that scales for the needs of our fleet customers of all sizes. You will need to be solid in execution, have sufficient depth of understanding of customer needs to simplify solutions for them and be able to inspire a cross-functional team to deliver. Being entrepreneurial and having a growth mindset is key. In return, you’ll receive visibility across the organization and will be a key voice in one of the most exciting companies in the transportation industry. Responsibilities:

  • Define the product strategy aligned with the overall product vision and business objectives by researching market trends, competitor capabilities and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to prioritize integration features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with partner teams to negotiate terms, coordinate technical requirements, and ensure successful delivery of features.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance of new capabilities ensuring they meet performance, security, and usability standards.
  • Monitor performance, track KPIs, and continuously optimize the product based on user feedback and metrics.
  • Provide support and training to internal teams, including sales, customer support, and other relevant departments, regarding the functionality and benefits of the productivity suite of features.
  • Actively contribute to an amazing work culture.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years experience in product management with prior software development experience
  • High customer empathy, with a desire to get in the shoes of our customers
  • Have previous product experience working on enterprise platforms with B2B products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with different personality types and seniority levels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and continuously improve the product.
  • Experience working with large complex platforms which require customization to serve the needs of large enterprises
