About the Role: 

This role reports directly to the SVP of HW Devices and coordinates the day to day operations of the HW engineering / embedded / tpm / supply chain team. The role consists of:

  • 80% Purchasing, PO/Invoice Tracking, Tracking Budget
  • 10% Team Coordination (Staff Meetings, Notes and Action Tracker Follow ups, offsites and all hands)
  • 10% Executive Assistant to SVP of HW Devices

As a member of the HW devices team, this role is the heart and soul of the team. You will work with multiple sites across SF (USA), Buffalo (USA), Taiwan, and India/Pakistan. You will coordinate day to day operations for the team in terms of purchasing and budget tracking.

A smaller part of the role will be team events (staff meetings, all hands, offsites) and coordination of the SVP’s calendar when needed.

What You’ll Do: 

    • Help SVP create budget and track on week to week basis
    • Work with finance/legal to onboard vendors and issue POs/NDAs/etc.
  • Purchase small items for team’s day to day work
  • Track POs against budget and make sure we are not exceeding allocated spend
    • Run weekly staff meeting, including agenda, notes, and follow ups
  • Coordinate team all hands: agenda, work with design and contributors to create finished deck
  • Cooridnate team on-sites/off-sites
  • Help SVP with calendar coordination

What We’re Looking For: 

    • 7+ years analytical work experience
  • 3+ years finance / budget tracking
  • Available 7am PST to 3pm PST (up to 4pm PST on Thursdays) 
  • Technical curiosity with ability to clearly present their insights
  • Enjoy solving loosely defined problems and good at evaluating where to spend time to drive the most value
