About the Role:
G/O Media is seeking a Syndicated Research Analyst to join our team, working as part of our larger Marketing function. As Analyst, you are the primary contact and source for syndicated research information in support of a fast-paced media ad sales and marketing team, with the ability to turn data into compelling presentations and story-telling.
This role will report directly to our Research Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Access and analyze syndicated research (i.e., comScore)
Respond to RFP requests for internal/competitive data
Use data interpretation skills to tell insightful stories about our audience from data
Design compelling visualization of data to support analysis
Identify points of competitive advantage
Maintain and update site profiles and competitive comparisons
Manage day-to-day relationships with syndicated research providers
Educate sales and marketing teams on syndicated research updates
3-5 years of experience in media research sales support
Intimate knowledge of comScore
Exceptional Powerpoint/Keynote and Excel skills
A problem solver and strong communicator
Has an understanding of media agency RFP research needs
Efficient multitasker, skilled at balancing multiple asks and deadlines
A persuasive and confident presenter
A fan of and identifies with the G/O Media brands
