About the Role

Maestro is a high growth technology startup looking for or a driven, hard-working individual to join our client organization. With a growing roster of PE and corporate clients, we are seeking an Implementation Associate to be a driving force in onboarding our clients successfully to maximize their experience with Maestro. We build long-lasting partnerships alongside strategic companies with a product that delivers significant and unique value. A successful candidate will learn the ins and outs of the Maestro solution as well as the processes with which we engage and onboard new customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Set new clients up for success by leveraging Maestro’s onboarding best-practices to deliver a solution that aligns with their business goals
  • Support clients in data loading and platform configuration to ensure an optimal setup is delivered
  • Prepare materials to facilitate client onboarding conversations including recommendations and assumptions, data workflows, and other strategic considerations
  • Drive system integration and data mapping discussions while working with 3rd-party platforms to deliver an end-to-end, connected solution
  • Provide technical support when customers are experiencing unexpected platform behavior
  • Thoughtfully gather critical product feedback from clients; leverage feedback to inform the product, sales and marketing teams to aid in product development
  • Proactively communicate with senior management on any significant issues and accomplishments on a frequent basis via phone, email, Slack and in-person 
  • Coordinate platform handover conversations with Client Success team members, ensuring effective internal knowledge transfer
  • Facilitate baseline client trainings to ensure our users get the most out of our product & understand new features
  • Be the face of Maestro - a trusted implementation consultant to clients, understanding and sharing industry best practices and setup approaches

Ideally, You come to the table with:

  • A desire to kick-start a career path in FinTech implementation consulting within a dynamic, high-growth team
  • Foresight to quickly grasp client challenges and propose impactful solutions
  • An analytical mindset with a proficiency for critical thinking in challenging situations
  • A proactive attitude to get ahead of client questions or feedback and exceed the clients’ expectations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with private equity front office professionals, C-Suite executives, as well as internal Maestro teams
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter approach with an entrepreneurial spirit and an innate curiosity to learn from fellow team members
  • Fearlessness when it comes to asking questions and vocalizing issues when they arise
  • Travel may be required, based on Client location
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; 1-2 years of professional work experience

Salary Range: $70, 000 to $80, 000
At Maestro, we focus on a comprehensive Total Rewards package which includes base salary, performance-based discretionary bonus, and a wide range of employee benefits, including medical, dental, 401(k) plans, and more. Offered salary will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to qualifications, relevant experience, market data, and internal equity.
