We’re looking for a Production Assistant/Coordinator to join our Content team to support daily content production of all brand content. This role will work closely with the Head of Content, Head of Social, Content Producer, and Social and Production Coordinators to create and maintain a content operation plan including production workflows and logistics.
You’ll report to The Head of Content and work from our Runnemede, NJ office.
What You’ll Do:
- Outlining the Video Edit Schedule and organize all video content
- Work with the Sales/Consignment team to ensure all sales obligations are fulfilled
- Coordinate with the Content Team to create visual content that is aligned with our programming schedule
- Assist in coordinating logistics for studio and field shoots, including call sheets, production reports, and maintaining production documents
- Provide support in department administrative needs
- Assist in generating weekly production schedules
- Assist in filming BRoll for social video content
- Help prepare set with lights, props, equipment, etc.,
Who You Are:
- 1-2 Years of Production Experience
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop
- Have a basic understanding of the sports and pop culture world with some knowledge in the collectibles space is a plus
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Has filmed content that is designed for social media
- Experience setting up and running remote field shoots
- Being able to set up multi-camera sequences and shooting with Canon C70 & C100 is a plus
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team
- Available to work nights and weekends when needed
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $54,761-$65,906. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
