The GoHealth Growth Marketing team interacts with millions of consumers yearly with the goal of using insights gained from those consumers to quickly achieve value at scale. We are looking for a Strategy Associate, who is a team player, driven, and highly analytical. Reporting to the Vice President of Growth Marketing, you will be the driver for ideation, experimentation, and strategy across each of GoHealth’s consumer touchpoints. You will collaborate with key stakeholders from internal business units to help create a best-in-class experience through rigorous testing and research.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with cross-functional leadership to design and drive strategic initiatives across departments
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business from acquisition to sales enablement and training to retention
  • Gather and analyze data, formulate and test hypotheses, synthesize findings, and develop go-forward plans
  • Provide innovative ideas that keep GoHealth at the forefront of industry in conversion rate optimization
  • Create presentations that visually demonstrate progress across initiatives
  • Quantify growth and cost savings opportunities through a variety of analyses

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of work experience, preferably in management consulting, statistics or analytics
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a passion for providing innovative solutions driven through research and data analysis
  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of or experience in the Healthcare industry or Call Centers is a bonus, but not required
