The GoHealth Marketing team engages with millions of current and potential GoHealth customers with the goal of growing their satisfaction and usage of the GoHealth agency. The customer acquisition team is looking for a Sr. Manager of Paid Search to report to the Senior Director of Paid Media. In this role, you will oversee the development, direction and optimization of GoHealth’s search marketing efforts for Health, Medicare, Life and Small Business.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the development, direction and optimization of GoHealth’s search marketing efforts for Health, Medicare, Life and Small Business.
  • Works collaboratively with captive business owners, account managers and sales executives to maximize ROI/CPA goals on multi-million dollar budget.
  • Retains and fosters the growth of the Analyst position.
  • Serves as the primary business contact to both external platform partners and the search engines.
  • Identifies, negotiates and buys media from existing and new media partners. 
  • Harness our customer data as well as 1st and 3rd party targeting options available on various platforms to identify and hone in on key consumer segments.
  • Continuously A/B test ad creatives across multiple formats to maximize top-of-funnel ad engagement -  text ads, click to call, single image, video, interactive flash ads, etc.
  • Analyze performance data across entire funnel – from ad impression to sale – and identify cross-channel wins as well as potential areas for optimization or testing.
  • Stay abreast of the digital marketing landscape – research and communicate on important industry trends, account alpha/beta opportunities, and new platforms to bring on and test.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Certified in Google AdWords and Bing Ads
  • Previous work in Insurance, Financial Services or Ecommerce related business
  • Keen attention to detail with ability to pull back and look at the big picture
  • Proven track record of delivering quantifiable results through the creation, implementation, and day-to-day management of large-scale, multi-platform, multi-product digital marketing campaigns
