We need an English-fluent Business Analyst, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Utilize Jira to manage requirements, track project progress, and maintain the backlog.
• Develop and implement workflows and processes to facilitate project execution.
• Prepare and deliver reports on the status, operation, and maintenance of the projects under your management.
• Act as a liaison between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals and deliverables.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in business processing, focusing on technologies and applications that support business functions.
• Proven expertise in workflow and process management.
• Extensive experience with Jira for requirements gathering and backlog management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
