We need an English-fluent Account Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all client communications via Slack and email revisions, questions and requests.
• Manage internal team communications on Slack.
• Setup Kickoff call, and review the onboarding document.
• Administer Client Intake Form and Activation Forms.
• Gather assets and work with Project Manager to build out project plan.
• Ensuring campaign performance and activating optimizations from team leads as necessary.
• Foreseeing client needs and presenting upsell opportunities.
• Biweekly client account performance reporting.
• Marketing campaign auditing and data gathering and analysis.
• App Store Page Design and Copywriting.
• Web and Landing Pages.
• Competitive Research.
• Social Media Ad Campaigns.
• Email Drip Campaigns.
• Working with team specialists.

Requirements:

• 3+ years account experience in agency or consulting services.
• 1+ years in digital marketing for mobile apps.
• Regularly investing in yourself, growth, knowledge, and mindset.
• Past training with mentors, coaches and executives.
