We need an English-fluent Sales Development Representative, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead capture and prospecting.
  • Search accounts, identify the main points of contact, and generate interest.
  • Prospect new deals, open the market to Account Executives.
  • Contacting potential clients through calls, both warm and cold, and emails.
  • Communicate our value proposition in a pitch to potential customers.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
  • Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of outbound phone and email campaigns.
  • Create and maintain a database of contacts of current and future customers.
  • Data entry of prospect and contact data in the CRM database.
  • Engage with your prospects to build trusted relationships by providing insights tailored to their specific needs and interests.
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them.
  • Review the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals.
  • Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deliverables are on time.
  • Collaborate, problem-solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members.
  • Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for clients to demonstrate performance of campaigns; analyze trends in C-Sat/NPS scores to identify areas of improvement.
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to drill customer references and develop case studies.

Requirements:

  • Full English proficiency is essential.
  • 2+ years as SDR, preferably selling SaaS or technology services.
  • Background in communications, marketing, account management, or customer success.
  • Experience selling digital marketing products (preferred).
  • Experience selling to the US market (preferred).
  • Strong desire to be in technology sales.
  • Relentless in pursuing goals and solving problems.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and have professional communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments.
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.

 

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $800 - $1,200 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • The commission system will be agreed upon directly with the talent.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
