Godfrey Dadich Partners (GDP) combines the best of strategy, journalism, design, marketing, and digital to build story-driven brands. Our group includes Upstatement, a digital product studio, and Ghost Note, a brand and community creative studio.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-oriented temporary studio coordinator to join our team in September. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our San Francisco studio.
This individual will be the first point of contact for employees and visitors and will be at the center of the firm's action. This person will work closely with the admin team and their interactions with clients and staffers.

This role is temporary and in-person at our 564 Pacific Ave studio in San Francisco.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide an outstanding experience for anyone walking through the company’s doors, exhibiting confidence, polish, and professionalism when representing the front desk
- Coordinate with IT on any studio technology issues
- Support admin team with setup for client meetings, including handling meeting cleanups, and catering needs
- Navigate employee requests and questions in a timely and accurate manner with little manager oversight.
- Manage the incoming and outgoing packages and mail (including FedEx, UPS, and USPS)
- Complete opening and closing tasks throughout the office.
- Conduct rounds to ensure all agency common areas are stocked (kitchens, supply rooms, printer areas) and that everything is organized (all furniture reset daily, all desks reset to sitting position, all desks/conference rooms/meeting areas completely cleaned of any objects left behind)
- Maintain conference rooms and assist with booking meetings
- Ensure that all rooms have the supply kits that they need
- Ensure that tech is connected and running; remotes/keyboards are charged and ready for use
- Ensure the kitchen is orderly (includes loading/unloading the dishwasher, wiping counters, cleaning out refrigerators + microwave weekly) and equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
- Provide backup support to the Executive Admin team
Qualifications include:
- Must have at least 2+ years experience in office administration, facilities management, front desk reception, or a similar role
- Tech-savvy (Ideally proficient in Keynote, GSuite, Word, and Excel)
- Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment that will require a high degree of mental, social, and emotional agility - no two days or hours are the same
- Solid written, verbal, and active listening skills
- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and strong attendance record
- Interest in and excitement for the work GDP is pioneering in media, communications, design, and strategy

The hourly rate for this role is $22.00 - $25.00.
Our salary offers take into consideration the skills and experience a candidate brings, pay equity across similar roles within GDP, and the market rate for similar roles outside of GDP. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant, along with the requirements of the position.
