What you'll get to do...

At GoDaddy, you will be part of a small cross-functional team heading up marketing initiatives for a key growth area of the business. The role involves providing marketing leadership in collaboration with product teams, internal and external creative agency resources, design teams, channel marketing teams and ecommerce teams to effectively execute a multi-million dollar marketing program that drives highly effective and efficient customer acquisition and profitable incremental sales leveraging GoDaddy apps.

  • Develop app marketing strategy and execution across paid and non-paid channels. Manage app marketing budget, resources and app store testing. Explore new marketing channels to implement and test in order to drive app growth
  • Develop and own dashboards for marketing channels performance
  • Stay on top of latest Mobile Marketing best practices and trends
  • Manage and optimise app marketing program funnel metrics and ensure campaign portfolio success across online & digital, social media, ecommerce; use customer insights to inform and run campaigns with a test and learn/optimise operational approach
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional team across product, creative, design, development, business analytics to drive significant improvements in key customer/business growth metrics – app downloads, conversion and monetisation
  • Run and manage app marketing mix allocations to ensure highest return on marketing spend and unlock performance
  • Develop and build strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders in an effort to collaborate and drive the overall business

Your experience should include...

  • A minimum of 6 years marketing experience, with at least 3-4 years in mobile and app marketing, social media, or gaming
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field; degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, etc.) a plus
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to effectively work with cross functional teams to support and launch and execute the marketing programs
  • Comfortable with advanced Excel, data dashboards and capable of data mining to perform analysis to develop/enhance online app marketing programs
  • Expert understanding of app and mobile metrics, digital media testing methodology and optimisation strategies
  • Strong data analysis skills and a passion to drive program performance; fluency with performance metrics and ROI analysis; test-and-learn mindset
  • The ability to adapt to changing environments quickly
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and simplyAn innate bias toward action and is a strong self-starter
