GoDaddy is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager who will lead and drive all Corporate and IT aspects of new and on-going Mergers & Acquisitions.

We are seeking candidates with deep experience with all stages of planning and integrating newly acquired companies, who understand the complexities and challenges of rationalizing and integrating disparate technology ecosystems and who can effectively program / project manage multiple concurrent acquisition integrations at scale. It is also critical that the Sr TPM M&A builds and maintains collaborative relationships across the organization to ensure repeatability, efficiency, and velocity.

Successful candidates will question the status quo and drive continuous improvement through the integration projects/programs they lead. This role will partner closely with the Solution Architect M&A who will drive technical innovation, automation, and improvements both within individual integrations and across the overall integration process.

What you'll get to do...

  • Represent the entire transformation organization (Global IT, all corporate functions, etc.) in M&A
  • Participate in due diligence of potential acquisitions, representing IT and Corporate technology functions
  • Lead cross-functional engagement across the transformation organization
  • Partner with stakeholders and teams across the company to scope, plan and execute acquisition onboarding and integration
  • Ensure that each acquisition achieves financial targets (synergies, cost savings)
  • Ensure a high-quality onboarding experience for newly acquired GoDaddy employees
  • Provide retrospective feedback to improve the acquisition and integration process

Your experience should include...

  • Experience with entire M&A lifecycle from due diligence through post-merger integration.
  • Demonstrated experience advising and influencing senior management. Strong partnering, consulting and influencing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on analysis and resolution of complex technical issues across teams and functional areas.
  • Making decisions and recommendations with imperfect information.
  • Familiarity with RBAC (role-based access control), SaaS applications, vendor engagement and experience understanding IT Architecture and business processes & workflow analysis.
  • Experience with one or more of these applications/services: Okta, ServiceNow, Atlassian Collaboration Software (JIRA, Confluence), Slack, Microsoft O365, and Zoom.
  • Direct experience managing enterprise programs in terms of scope, schedule, budget, and risk. Demonstrated business systems planning analysis skills
