Your team is in Cape Town, South Africa, and London, UK. Ideally you'd be located in Cape Town but you could work remotely from anywhere in EU timezones. 


What you'll get to do...

We are looking for an experienced and self driven digital marketing specialist to join our team to support the scaling up of marketing budgets, including on new channels. As a Sr. Marketing Executive, you'll contribute to and help develop digital marketing campaigns to promote the Over’s mobile and web apps. Reporting to the Sr. Performance Marketers you will be responsible for briefing campaign assets, platform ops, optimisation and analysis.

  • Paid channel breakdown: 40% Facebook/Instagram, 20% Pinterest, 20% Search, 20% OLV (YouTube). 
  • Support the day-to-day running of paid media channels.
  • Develop and maintain tests & reports. 
  • Use a process of testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimisations.
  • Support the creative briefing and delivery process, working closely with in-house teams and external agencies.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity.
  • Identify account optimisation and growth opportunities to achieve profitable growth. 


Your experience should include...

  • 3-4 years of Mobile Marketing experience.
  • Comprehensive experience with day to day management of paid platforms, reporting and optimisation (primarily Facebook/ Instagram). 
  • Strong background in app marketing: primarily install campaign experience
  • Experience working directly with designers to produce effective and best-in-class ad creative.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills. 
  • Data driven - you will be working with analysts.
  • Mobile measurement platform knowledge (such as AppsFlyer, Adjust).
  • Understanding of incrementality and the value of performance channels.
  • Results-oriented approach, with strong quantitative analytical skills for performance tracking.
  • Excellent organisational skills, and ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects at the same time;
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in teams and/or independently to meet goals
