We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our rapidly growing Sales team. This role is for someone who is a dedicated professional eager to learn, offer solutions, provide sound advice and work closely with our Account Executive team. Clio’s sales team is comprised of experienced leaders. We need people who want to learn from the best and build the foundations for a long career in sales.
What your team does
Our Sales Development Team is the first line of response for all potential customers. They have powerful discovery conversations, are masters at multi-tasking and generate the largest pipeline of opportunities for the Company. They do all this while working in an inclusive, supportive team environment, committed to bringing out the best in themselves and the people around them.
What you’ll work on
- Converting warm leads to qualified leads through telephone and email;
- Working with prospects to understand their key business challenges and the quantifiable impact a solution like Clio could provide;
- Providing a consistent flow of qualified leads to Account Executives;
- Working closely with Account Executives, Support and Sales Engineers.
What you may have
- Sales experience/cold-calling experience;
- Knowledge of our product and company - must be able to assess and anticipate customer comfort levels;
- A competitive mindset;
- A continuous improvement mindset.
Serious bonus points if you have
- Transactional sales experience
