The role

Sales Ops is a force multiplier  and “the critical link between the development and the execution of the sales strategy and go-to-market strategy.”  The team’s mission is to increase the productivity and effectiveness of our customers and our GC colleagues by reducing friction in the sales process.

What excites you

  • Supporting the business in problem analysis/requirements gathering and using their Salesforce knowledge to support solution design
  • Salesforce design, configuration and development
  • Work with a broad range of stakeholders across teams to deliver on key projects and requirements
  • Full end to end testing of solutions to ensure they match the requirements
  • Document system design
  • Apply best practices
  • Effectively collaborate across teams to determine technical and functional requirements
  • Ability to shape and translate a technology enabled vision into successful Business outcomes
  • Provide ongoing support for regular system maintenance
  • Help develop training material for new processes that are rolled out
  • Keeping up to date with the Salesforce release cycle and implementing appropriate changes
  • Contribute to the design and development of Apex triggers, Lightning Component Framework apps lightning pages and API based integrations

  • Experience working as a Technical Salesforce Administrator, Developer or Technical Consultant
  • Salesforce ADM201 Certified
  • Platform Developer I Certified
  • Strong Sales Cloud knowledge
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning
  • Strong database skills
  • Excellent Flow skills
  • Additional Salesforce Certifications
  • Experience working with CPQ and Experience Cloud
  • Experience working with Docusign or other CLM 
  • Experience working with integrated form providers (FormAssembly, DocuSign)
  • Experience with Apex and Lightning Component Framework
