We're a global leader in account-to-account payments, making it easy for merchants to collect both recurring and one-off payments directly from customers' bank accounts. Our global payments network and technology platform take the pain out of getting paid for 80,000 businesses worldwide, from multinational corporations to small businesses. Each year we process US$30 billion of payments across more than 30 countries. We're headquartered in the UK, with additional offices in Australia, France and the United States. 

The role

Typical tasks will include:

  •   Working with our banking partners on our PSP value proposition

  •   Being able to understand bespoke PSP requirements and articulate these to stakeholders

  •   Getting into the technical detail to understand and remove product challenges 

  •   Being the internal and external PSP subject matter expert

  •   Understanding PSP pain points and working proactively to remove friction

  •   Producing internal content and guides to enhance the company’s knowledge

  •   Supporting our sales team on PSP deals

  •   Working on cross-functionally, taking accountability for visibility and delivery 

Desired skills

  •   Experience working with and/or managing payment partners 

  •   Resilience, persistence - you don’t get discouraged even if external providers move slowly

  •   You have experience integrating or working with PSPs

  •   You understand a banks due diligence processes in relation to regulated businesses

  •   You have experience with technical level detail (e.g. scheme rules, file formats, etc)

  •   You have a desire to dig into the detail and enjoy solving complex problems

  •   You are a self starter and can work with minimal supervision

  •   You have excellent written skills and know how to create crisp, clear material for training and education

  •   You can understand and articulate technical solutions

  •   You have a bachelor’s degree

Location: London, UK.

You should be willing to work across time zones.

Some travel is may be required.
