The Operations team manages our worldwide distribution network and is responsible for authenticating our sneakers, fulfilling orders and ensuring on-time delivery to buyers. Role Overview

As an Inventory Lead you will be a vital member of a fast growing operation with the ability to impact massive change as part of our advanced Operations line-up. You must be a natural leader exhibiting organization skills and team oriented decisions to be a part of the Operations Team. 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, prioritize and execute daily tasks in conjunction with the Operations team
  • Lead regular Cycle Counting process for inventory compliance
  • Comply with company inventory product storage standards
  • Meet and exceed company goals for inventory including metrics for counting, loss prevention, and all inventory compliance
  • Be a pace setter for daily tasking to create a sense of urgency. 
  • Work hands on daily in each process as an pacesetter for the entire inventory team
  • Take responsibility for on hand products and their physical and systematic locations 
  • Take initiative in resolving variances, identifying root causes, and reporting issues. 
  • Take responsibility in delivering commitments and positive results
  • Lead and reconcile receiving of bulk seller deliveries
  • Be flexible with other projects as they surface, fostering a team dynamic and can-do attitude
  • Ensure that the inventory team has support, knowledge, and resources necessary to complete tasks
  • Lead and influence the creation of new processes and methods
  • Be a resource for inventory processes, product, and order status’ 
  • Maintain and create a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Facilitate and participate in all training on Inventory procedures and standards
  • Take risks, try new things, and be a natural problem solver

We are looking for:

  • Strong background in maintaining a high volume of inventory 
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in an inventory control setting – sneaker industry is a plus
  • Experienced in order fulfillment, fulfillment support, order picking and all inbound/outbound mechanisms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Problem solver with accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Skilled  in Google Docs, Excel, SQL
  • Must be able to work while standing and walking and be able to lift up to 50 lbs 
  • Strong knowledge of the sneaker industry is a plus 

 

The hiring range for this position is below, plus benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options). To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
