About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Performance App Marketing Manager with deep expertise in managing and scaling performance marketing channels. Whether it’s Universal App Campaigns (UAC), Programmatic Networks (e.g., Moloco, AppLovin), Paid Search, or other acquisition platforms, you’ll play a key role in driving growth and optimizing performance across multiple channels.
As part of our Performance Marketing Team, you’ll take ownership of some of our most critical acquisition efforts, working hands-on to scale campaigns, analyze data, and lead experimentation. What You'll Do
- Lead and optimize acquisition efforts across key performance marketing channels — from strategic planning and daily operations to testing, analysis, and reporting.
- Manage and grow performance across various channels (channel to be confirmed based on the individuals skill set but may include UAC, Programmatic Networks, and Paid Search) through hands-on campaign management, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data, Creative, and Engineering, to scale acquisition efforts, improve ROI, and ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Set up and manage tracking infrastructure with MMPs (e.g., Adjust), working closely with developers to ensure accurate attribution and measurement.
- Analyze performance data to uncover growth opportunities, translate insights into actionable strategies, and guide budget allocation.
- Track and benchmark key KPIs such as CPM, CPC, CPI, Cost per Sign-up, ROAS, and LTV across platforms and geographies.
What We're Looking For
- Senior experience in performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in at least two major channels (e.g., Meta, Native Channels, UAC, Programmatic Networks, Paid Search).
- Proven experience optimizing for key metrics across the funnel, including in-app actions, subscription funnels, and both upper and lower funnel performance.
- Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with large datasets and interpreting user behavior through data. A curiosity and data-driven mindset are essential.
- Knowledge of MMPs and a strong interest in attribution modeling.
- Experience with subscription-based B2C apps
