After a token merger with xDai, GnosisDAO is proud to announce Gnosis Chain: An Ethereum forerunner-companion that addresses scaling issues through solid engineering. What are we looking for?

  1. A senior, full-stack marketing leader with a proven track record of building, inspiring, and managing highly effective teams.
  2. Solid knowledge and interest in crypto and particularly blockchain ecosystems. 
  3. An innovator with the ability to think creatively in a constantly evolving environment.
  4. Someone who thrives on both cultivating a collaborative team and rolling up their sleeves to dive into themselves.
  5. A storyteller who can build a brand and develop a narrative for the ecosystem.
  6. An effective manager in a remote working environment with flexible and dynamic strategies to ensure success.
  7. Insight into effective Web3 and Web2 marketing and community-building best practices.

What will you do? 

  1. Recruit, build and manage a global decentralized marketing team
  2. Develop a marketing strategy to drive growth and articulate the brand direction for the ecosystem.
  3. Budgeting, prioritization, and detailed delivery of the plan.
  4. Own team OKRs/APIs and manage through data-driven decisions.
  5. Oversee and manage strong execution of all areas of marketing such as content creation, earned and paid digital channels, PR, social, community engagement, events, and etc.
  6. Consistently and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
