You area Digital Producer who knows how to: 

  • Collaborate with Digital Strategy, Creative, Production and Account to create innovative and strategic digital executions, including websites, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Contribute to GMMB’s web development practice, including managing the development of websites for a mix of clients, rolling out new best practices to the staff, and supporting account teams with web related opportunities and challenges.
  • Coordinate project responsibilities and expectations on digital production deliverables focused mainly on websites, microsites and landing pages and coordinate on campaign deliverables including social media assets, animations, and email campaigns.
  • Build and foster relationships with third-party vendors, including scoping, packaging handoffs, providing ongoing project communication around timing and budget, and seeking and understanding technical specifications.
  • Ensure all technical specifications are met throughout project lifecycle and are communicated to appropriate GMMB and client teams.
  • Contribute to the creative process by assessing feasibility of proposed solutions and recommending relevant and actionable approaches, as well as offering support throughout planning and execution process.
  • Provide oversight and keep a "pulse" on projects as they are being developed, making sure they adhere to overall strategic needs and digital best practices. 
  • Lead communication of relevant status to third-party teams and respective clients.
  • Coordinate development of strategy, information architecture, user experience (UX), UI design, and creative and development deliverables, including sitemaps and wireframes.
  • Assist the Digital Strategist in providing education and guidance on web development processes to client and Account teams.
  • Stay up-to-date and current on new technologies and digital platforms, including advances in web development technology, headless solution, no-code CMS options. 
  • Drive QA processes and support development of functional requirements for digital projects.
  • Lead and/or participate in client communications inclusive of tactical/vendor status calls, presentation meetings, and planning/scoping discussion.

You have...

  • 4-8 years in an agency setting in a digital or technical production role or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of website development processes, including a deep understanding of how a website redesign process moves from strategy, through information architecture (IA), through user experience (UX) design, through user interface design (UI), through development, web and launch (background launching websites from conception through go-live).
  • Strong knowledge of project management, email campaign, and social media best practices.
  • Comfort with managing a diversity of website project expectations and deadlines across multiple clients.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving and collaborative agency environment, often with competing priorities.
  • Strategic mindset to understand client's business and marketing objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills; can facilitate relationship and communication between internal and external teams (up to C-suite), translating perspectives and organizational challenges related to projects.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, project management and development software (Jira, Wrike or Asana), design and prototyping software (Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Familiarity with a variety of web development process (SCRUM, agile methodology, sprint planning).
  • Experience managing content in CMS platforms, including WordPress.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Intellectual curiosity, high emotional intelligence, and solutions-oriented mindset.
