Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Be responsible for the optimization of the assortment to maximize conversion and profitability. For example: Identify assortment gaps, identify best restaurants mix, lead menu engineering, design upselling tactics
  • Act as bridge between pricing and growth team by developing and implementing pricing strategies and tactical promotions for our restaurant partners with specific focus on volumes, profitability and user retention & frequency
  • Lead and implement analytical deep dives to unheart crucial insights on driving growth via pricing & selection
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Key Account Managers, Digital team) to design & implement battery of test in order to evaluate optimal level of the different pricing levers
  • Work with Global teams to design dashboards and tools to keep track of key content performance indicators
  • Design local experiments to influence the orders flow throughout the lifetime of an user
  • Monitor industry trends to identify insights on competitive pricing, assortment and provide recommendations on how these trends would impact Glovo

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of work experience in Retail, Pricing, Category management, Product selection, Merchandising in top Tech, FMCG, Retail companies
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or any other content databases
  • Strategic mindset, able to see the big picture but also driven to make the plans happen
  • Extremely analytical profile, able to move from analysis into clear actions
  • Proficient in English
  • Great interpersonal, influencing & communication skills
