Your work-life opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate, strategic and action-oriented marketing professional to lead our global Courier & B2B Marketing team. As the Marketing Project Manager with global scope, your goal is to define our growth strategy for the Courier service, providing both expert strategic thinking and leadership skills.

Be part of a team where you will: 

  • Define Glovo’s marketing strategy and action plan for the Courier (B2C and B2B express delivery) service in alignment with Glovo’s overall marketing strategy.
  • Have end-to-end responsibility on all countries and Growth areas for the Courier service: user acquisition, retention, frequency and reputation.
  • Be part of the Global Courier Management team, owner of the Global Courier P&L.
  • Report to the Global Courier & B2B General Manager and interact with several stakeholders within the Marketing and Growth teams, namely all functions in HQ (Web & Mobile Acquisition, Retargeting and CRM) and local marketing teams (Regional Marketing Directors and Country Heads of Marketing).
  • Manage and optimize the global Courier marketing budget, showing a strong understanding of both the local landscapes & global strategy and defining the right channel mix.
  • Track and monitor KPIs providing the appropriate visibility to all stakeholders.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree - emphasis in business or marketing.
  • 3-4 years of performance marketing and project management experience in a tier 1 company.
  • International Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Highly analytical mindset. At ease dealing with high growth and complex business challenges. Coding skills (SQL, Python) are a plus.
  • Experience with budgeting and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • World-class consumer understanding skills.
  • Experience in ultra fast-paced environments and in dealing with high complex business challenges.
  • Proficiency in English.
