By paying attention to small details. Glovo is a hyper-local marketplace featuring the most trendy places in each city and delivers their products in less than 30 mins. As a Partner Business Leader, you will be a key role in developing the strategic projects across the whole business, including standardising the approach we have with the majority of our Partners.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Run end-to-end projects that impact our partners in the most positive way and ensure the best experience to them
  • Create scalable workflows that ensure our partners have an answer to every query
  • Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement
  • Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working
  • Work closely with the Head of Partner Operations

You have:

  • 4+ years of experience in fast-paced environments (startups, investment banking, top consulting firms, top internet firms)
  • Data-driven mentality: takes decision based on data and makes business judgment when necessary
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and communicate with others at all levels
  • You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented
  • You're persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything
  • You find smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems
  • You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
