Your work-life opportunity:

For this role, you need a well-rounded personality and diverse skills to grow and manage relationships at the city level when we launch new markets while communicating information clearly and crisply back to HQ.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Improve the country operations of the Portuguese market in 1-2 weeks high-impact Sprints (ensuring targets).
  • Launch new cities, Hire and train Local Operations Teams
  • Standardize processes across the different markets of the Region (SWE)
  • Be in contact - and provide support to- with local teams to ensure that all the actionables are in coherence with the strategy
  • Build tools to fasten Local teams autonomy
  • Deepdive in the competition value proposition vs Glovo
  • Commit to contributing to Glovo's growth globally, getting the job done
  • Work with local providers, legal teams, to ensure the best in class operations in the country

You have:

  • To be able to manage the big picture, and the smallest details. You're always on top of your deadlines and an organization freak
  • Optimistic in front of adversities
  • Based in Porto, traveling 20%
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • Results driven professional.
  • SQL knowledge and proficiency in Excel are a plus
  • The ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics are a plus
  • 3+ year professional experience, preferably in an on-demand delivery company. If you think you can bring something new on the table, come fresh!
