Your work-life opportunity:

As the Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for building and developing partnerships from scratch with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc and growing their number on the platform while delivering on aggressive sales and growth targets.
 
In this role you will be part of the sales team at Glovo, working closely with the Director of Sales for your region.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Build and manage a sales dream team (both internal and external), continuously training and improving them
  • As an owner of Glovo’s revenue, you’ll make sure that all deals follow the required profitability of your country
  • Take strategic decisions based on data 
  • Ensure that your team keeps their pipeline updated on a daily basis
  • Search, negotiate and launch external providers to boost the sales
  • Coordinate with other departments and improve processes
  • Follow closely market trends and news

You have:

  • + 3 years experience
  • Vendor management
  • Project management
  • For you it’s never enough, you have to hunt like a hungry wolf
  • Overachieving targets is a must
  • Impossible is not Glovo, you make everything happen
  • Analytical skills
  • You are a methodological fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc)
