Your work-life opportunity:

This role is based in Barcelona, Spain, at Glovo Headquarters. As a Manager, you will lead operational projects focused on enabling our Partners (restaurants, stores, pharmacies) to deliver the best User Experience. You will be part of the Global Operational Excellence team in Glovo HQ, working closely with Regional Partner Operations managers around the world and other Operations teams based in HQ.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to global teams on driving efficiency KPIs for Partners, mainly, the reduction in restaurant preparation times, reducing bad ratings and cancellations.
  • Be an expert on all projects and developments on improving Partner efficiency.
  • Liaise with product, dispatching, and supply operations teams to improve order transactions for a Partner seamless and efficient
  • Define the right metrics, build and provide tools to help regional and country Partner Operations teams to drive improvements
  • Work closely with analysts to build relevant dashboards and measures

You have:

  • At least, 3-year experience in operations or consulting role with a strong record of data-led decision making.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and has strong business fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis with above-average skills in SQL, Excel (Python/R is an added advantage)
  • Good written and spoken communication skills and capability to drive change.
  • Team player; ability to work effectively in a global organization
  • High English proficiency
