We are looking for someone who will be responsible for the development, maintenance and optimization of our courrier fleet.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Be in charge of Courriers fleet organization 
  • Responsible for recruitment and trainning of Glovers.
  • Uploading new Courriers (Glovers) in our system, with its requiered documentation and information.
  • Be responsible for Glovers contracts and documentation. 
  • Support Glovers with posibble queries and FAQs.
  • Assure every Glover has every requiered material.
  • Analize fleet´s progress and develop reports to track and create improvements. 
  • Support Operations Manager with fleets reports and metrics about the operation. Rendir informes al Gerente de Operaciones con respecto a la flota

You have:

  • Great people skills, and leadership skills- You will be the person of reference for our Glovers Fleet :)
  • Really good communications skills and customer service skills. 
  • Detail-orientated, proactive and really organized.
  • Proficient Excell and google sheets knowledge
