Your work-life opportunity:

We are looking for a proactive and positive Office Manager to add value to our team and ensure efficient workflow in the office in Tbilisi.
You'll be overseeing all the administrative functions in Tbilisi office including but not limited to the following.

You will:

  • Be in charge of ordering and purchasing office supplies and equipment
  • Be facilitating and controlling our services providers like cleaning, deliveries and repairment issues.
  • Take care of the team by just being there daily helping and supporting everyone in need
  • Assist in HR related activities, supporting our on-boarding process

You have:

  • High attention to details, self-organization and ability to multitask
  • Good command of Georgian and English languages in order to be able to communicate with our customers and foreign guests
  • Ability to work with Google docs, and the whole MS Office package
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good sense of humor and positive vibe is a must
