Your work-life opportunity:

We are recruiting an experienced Looker Administrator/Developer to join our BI team in Barcelona HQ.Looker is at the heart of our BI strategy, and as Senior Looker Adminstrator/Developer you will monitor and maintain our Looker platform, to keep it running with high availablity and good performance.  You will also provide technical support and training to our BI community, which includes LookML developers and dashboard creators.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Monitor and optimise performance of our Looker instance
  • Advise our LookML developers on best practices for LookML coding and data model design
  • Help self-serve analysts optimise their dashboard designs, and train them to do this themselves
  • Encourage good content curation practices in each department.
  • Enroll users and maintain system security
  • Control and monitor data access

You have:

  • In depth knowledge of Looker best practices
  • At least two years experience in Looker configuration and monitoring
  • At least one year experience coding LookML; including Liquid, Blocks and PDTs git version control
  • Fluent in SQL
  • Redshift
  • Data warehousing
  • ETL processes
  • Fluent level of English
