Your work-life opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate, proactive, data-driven and hands-on professional to support our Operations department in Milan.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Learn and support the launches of several cities, building the on-demand infrastructure from scratch
  • Support the processes optimization as the small cities scale: think about what the processes will look like at an early stage and how they change as the city evolves
  • Understand, deep-dive and have a complete understanding of the supply situation of a city throughout all lifecycle stages
  • Analyze and report daily and weekly operations metrics from a macro point of view
  • Look for insights and proactively propose strategic initiatives to solve the key challenges of Glovo Operations
  • Develop analytical frameworks and models for small cities, replicable to Regional level

You have:

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Maths or similar
  • Previous internship experience is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Results oriented, autonomous and efficient
  • Professional English
  • Knowledge of SQL preferred
  • Eager to work in a fast changing and challenging environment
