We are looking for a passionate, strategic and action-oriented marketing professional to become part of our Growth & Marketing team in Poland. Based in our Warsaw office, as the Marketing Manager for Business Development, you will be pivotal in making Glovo's Growth ambitions come true. 
 
Reporting to the Country Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager for Business Development at Glovo is focused on developing our Selection strategy and our Marketing relationship with our key partners. If you are passionate about building a strong business and category together with the leading brands on Delivery, this is a role for you. 
 
You must be a self-starter, results-oriented, extremely analytical and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment that needs to be shaped from scratch. Hands-on and positive attitude is a must. 

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Define and implement our Selection strategy, always with an obsessive data driven approach  
  • Lead Marketing negotiations with our top Food and Non-Food partners in order to 1. Further grow the category; 2. Maximise our acquisition of new customers; 3. Gain market share
  • Lead the activation of our Co-Marketing plans with partners and analyse the results for further optimisation
  • Help optimising our cost of new customer acquisition (CAC) by implementing efficient campaigns with partners
  • Build and lead a team of young talents with strong analytical mindset, go-to attitude and great ambition

You have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Marketing / Trade Marketing experience at a leading Tech and/or FMCG blue chip company
  • Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth, experienced defining investment strategy and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels
  • Strong consumer / shopper understanding skills
  • Good understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels is a plus
  • Proficient in English and Polish
