Your work-life opportunity:

  • We are looking for Global Project Manager based in Barcelona who will be focused on improving and optimizing the processes and teams to tackle operational challenges in real-time.
  • Be a part of a team where you will:
  • Build and lead a team in the global Supply Operations team and support all regional teams with scalable processes that leverage data and directly impact their KPIs.
  • Work closely with all the verticals from Operations team (Customer Support, Strategy & User Experience, Partner Operations, Supply Operations) to plan, execute and monitor projects related to real time operations.
  • Structure dashboards to give visibility on main costs associated to the proactive live operation and optimize the structure with the different regions and providers.
  • Create and centralize guidelines to ensure quality of execution from our teams and proper training.
  • Think out of the box to bring new ideas of real-time processes that will be game changer to ensure our user experience.

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience in high demanding positions (operations, consulting, investment banking, etc.).
  • Experience in startups or technological platforms is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the user experience.
  • Results oriented, analytical mindset to re-think our processes.
  • Excellent communication, the ability to engage internal and external customers.
  • Fluent English.
