The core function of a Market Research Manager- GX is to understand who our current & potential couriers are as well as their main needs to define the right strategy to attract them. This individual will execute quantitative & qualitative analysis to directly support the Global Head of Courier Experience. He/she will also integrate market research results, combined with analytics from internal data to help drive many of the organisation's key engagement and growth projects.
 
The CMI team is growing, and this person will help build the foundation for a strong team into the future. This individual will report to the Global Head of CMI.

You will:

  • You will lead end-to-end quantitative market research analysis by integrating different sources of information i.e Segmentation, Brand Equity Tracker, Market Sizing and provide meaningful insights to the teams
  • You will analyse and report CSAT scores across the org and integrate presentations with key findings
  • You will integrate and execute cross tab analysis and develop excel tables and dashboards to deploy data in a comprehensive and visual manner
  • You will extract and manipulate consumer information from internal & external databases
  • Elaborate Reports to give visibility of the trends and projects that need to be prioritised.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with database management
  • A minimum of 3-4 years in quantitative research roles, with proven experience in quantitative methodologies (Brand Tracker, Segmentation, U&A, max diff, conjoint analysis), preferably in FMCG companies
  • Experience in consumer databases information manipulation & extraction i.e. Nielsen, Kantar Panel, Brand tracker dashboards
  • Data driven and analytical proficiency
  • Comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
  • Strong track record of leading quantitative market research projects from scratch and working with marketing teams to implement learnings
  • Passion for identifying consumer needs and insights
  • Ability to clearly, concisely, and persuasively communicate research findings to company stakeholders
  • The drive to explore and define research opportunities throughout the company
  • Proven track record of managing relationship with research agencies, delivering feedback and working under tight timelines.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish
