At Glovo we are constantly looking for talented and passionate people who want to start their career and grow with us.  We are looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures in our HeadQuarter, in Barcelona. Your role is to organize, assist and coordinate our Glover Centers ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety. 

You will:

  • Track Glover Centers and align their structures
  • Partner with GM to establish the business needs
  • Organize operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all required equipment
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Provide general support to Glover Specialists
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning and security services
  • Coordinate with our legal department about contracts and agreements
  • Align all team members with the project standards
  • Identify and implement short-term solutions in a timely manner, while helping define the long-term solution

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Hands on experience and attitude
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English is a must
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
