Glovo is looking for a passionate, proactive, data-driven and hands-on professional to support our Courier Experience department in our headquarters in Barcelona.
You will act and operate as a startup within a startup, providing both strategic thinking and analytical skills focused on developing projects that ensure the best experience for our couriers. In this role, you will be part of Global HQ operations working closely with the Global head of courier experience.

You Will:

  • Lead projects to improve courier experience, with global geographical impact, in a proactive and autonomous way. 
    • Develop scalable projects with a global operational scope
    • Project planning and follow-up to ensure success
    • Perform analysis to come up with insights and strategic initiatives to solve key challenges.
    • Identify potential actions to solve issues and drive stakeholder alignment to validate them
    • Share approved actions to local markets for execution and follow up
    • Measure and report results
  • Define reasonably ambitious goals, globally and per country, to motivate teams to improve their KPIs
  • Give life to your craziest ideas and have an immediate impact
  • Ensure everything is communicated properly to the departments involved
  • Drive, structure, analyze and channel daily work and information: setting responsibilities, meetings, and supervising general team performance


  • Bachelor in Business, Engineering or similar
  • Consulting experience is a plus
  • Experience in the same industry is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong strategic vision and business mindset
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high performance start-up with a fast pace
  • Itchy feet and continuous thrive on learning through different projects
  • Excel proficiency
  • Experience in SQL and/or coding is a plus
  • Professional English
  • Spanish is a plus
