Glovo currently holds cash operations across more than twenty countries through a complex cash management system, impacting our customer’s experience, our couriers and partners, as well as most of our teams.
We’re currently building our Global cash team to make our payments infrastructure industry leading, building the top 1 cash management system through data driven decision making, new fraud tools, process control and strategy definition.
As such we are looking for a talented Business analyst to help us tackle cash-related challenges through in depth analysis and tech-driven solutions. 

You will:

  • Break down processes, technical constraints and data into actionable insights to make a Global impact.
  • Become a reference expert on Glovo’s cash management system, from both an operational and a technical perspective. 
  • Team up with the Head of Cash to define Global cash strategy. 
  • Act as a consultant and advisor to regional and local teams on cash operations best practices, building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.


  • 2+ years of experience as a consultant or business analyst
  • Excel proficiency
  • SQL skills preferred
  • Experience in process analysis highly preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills: you are confident presenting data and liaising with management in a global organisation.
  • Financial acumen: you understand financials and their connection with the business
  • Strategic thinking: you go beyond day to day tactical actions to long-term, game changing ideas
  • Previous exposure to project management is a plus
  • Result oriented mindset: you’re focused on independently delivering high quality content on every project you’re involved
  • Professional English is a must
