Glovo currently holds cash operations across more than twenty countries through a complex cash management system, impacting our customer’s experience, our couriers and partners, as well as most of our teams.
 
We’re currently building our Global cash team to make our payments infrastructure industry leading, building the top 1 cash management system through data driven decision making, new fraud tools, process control and strategy definition.
 
To fulfill this we need a solutions oriented process analyst to drive our quality assurance initiatives, overseeing on an ongoing basis cash-related processes across all our geographies.

You will:

  • Perform and oversee audit and testing on cash processes: cash collection, cash recovery, LiveOps and others.
  • Document quality assurance activities, such as internal audits.
  • Analyze grievances related to the cash system at any level: customers, couriers, partners.
  • Work with the Head of cash on specific quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Elaborate the sampling procedures, as well as guidelines for data collection and reporting quality.
  • Gather, organize and inspect  statistical quality data to detect areas for improvement.
  • Build actionable management reports on your findings.
  • Elaborate, recommend and oversee improvement actions.
  • Analyze audit outcomes and carry out appropriate corrective procedures.
  • Detect coaching needs and transform them to actions.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in Quality field (audits, implementation and control of new procedures, etc.) preferred
  • Excel proficiency
  • Highly analytical and process focused
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented: you’re a problem solver and have a hands-on approach
  • You have a kind yet firm approach to quality control: you’re goal oriented and  stand your ground
  • Ability to work in a team, keep a positive attitude working under pressure and with short deadlines in a fast changing environment
  • Professional English is a must, any other language is a plus
