Glovo currently holds cash operations across more than twenty countries through a complex cash management system, impacting our customer’s experience, our couriers and partners, as well as most of our teams.
We’re currently building our Global cash team to make our payments infrastructure industry leading, building the top 1 cash management system through data driven decision making, new fraud tools, process control and strategy definition.
As such we are looking for a talented analyst to work on the Cash Fraud and loss prevention team.

You will:

  • Work on data driven fraud mitigation strategies and actions to decrease cash losses at a Global level.
  • Deliver data driven initiatives to improve your team’s KPIs , sustaining cash payments profitability versus other payment methods and versus competitors.
  • Understand internal and external fraud and loss drivers, creating and implementing both technical and process driven solutions working closely with the Fraud and Loss prevention manager.
  • Liaise with regional teams, delivering scalable solutions that leverage data and directly impact their KPIs.
  • Stay close to the ground and help the local teams to execute new initiatives.
  • Contribute towards the development of a top cash management solution, with a continuous improvement approach and an ability to challenge and propose ideas.


  • 1+ years of experience in highly demanding positions (operations, consulting, investment banking, finance, etc.). Experience in Fraud Management, Financial Risk or Loss prevention is a definite advantage.
  • Degree in Engineering, Economics or similar.
  • Expertise with SQL - Redshift experience is highly valued
  • You have amazing attention to detail, great appetite to learn, and are driven to get your hands dirty.
  • You are great at handling large amounts of data.
  • Open to change and continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication skills (both towards the team and upstream).
  • Results oriented, autonomous and efficient.
  • Excellent critical thinking by using a data-driven approach.
  • English proficiency is a must.
