Groceries is the second biggest category inside Glovo and we are currently building a strong HQ team in order to re-invent how consumers buy their groceries and drinks, making it more convenient and easy than ever before.

As Junior Drinks Manager you will have full ownership of the drinks category inside Glovo. Being responsible for creating the strategy for the category and making sure we offer an amazing experience to ours users in all markets. At the same time you will have to opportunity to work very close to leading spirits brands which will help us grow faster.

You will:

  • Define the Drinks strategy: Develop the Playbook for the drinks category globally at Glovo and then executing it in all markets
  • Launching drinks in all markets: Many Glovo markets are still not having a complete drinks offering. You will be engaging retailers and supporting local partnerships with liquor stores or other retailers in order to fulfill the orders and enabling the launch of the drinks category in Glovo markets where it is still not available
  • Collaborating with leading spirits manufacturers in order to build awareness of the category and gaining speed to market
  • Tracking category performance and results


  • 2-3 years of experience within FMCG or on-demand services industry, e-commerce or consultancy.
  • Experience in understanding retail business, as well as revenue dynamics and drivers
  • Sales skills with abilities to network
  • Can negotiate commercials and manage large partner accounts
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high performance start-up with a fast pace
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages skills are a plus
