Join us as a Brand Partnerships Manager and become a member of Glovo's Growth & Marketing team in Romania! You will be directly working with companies on educating, creating and demonstrating the value that Glovo has for their brands and their consumers.
 
We are looking for a candidate with a track record in FMCG Marketing and Strategy, highly motivated, problem solver, with strong interpersonal abilities and with strong attention to details, who can find creative solutions to complex problems.

You will:

  • Design and implement Glovo’s partnerships strategy with the support of the Growth & Marketing Manager to achieve business goals;
  • Align with the regional and global teams on the rout to market and product development needs to maximize the monetization of our app;
  • Unleash Glovo’s sustainable growth and profitability by building a true partnerships with brands;
  • Help FMCG companies step into D2C communications and boost their sales with the support of all Glovo services you may provide;
  • Fully understand your partners’ needs and make recommendations of marketing activities, data services, consumer insight analysis and sales boosters;
  • Coordinate across departments to execute best in class activities;
  • Analyze and report impact of activations to partners and to internal teams;
  • Build success stories to roll-out the partnerships strategy across categories;
  • Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company.

Requirements:

  • Business Administration / Marketing Studies in top University
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Marketing and/or Sales / Sales Strategy experience at a leading FMCG company or digital native company
  • Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
  • Experienced in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels
  • Experienced in project management
  • Have a deep understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and verbal in Romanian and English
