We're looking for an ambitious and talented Junior to join our Global Comms Team and help us to lead the communication of Glovo worldwide. You’ll play a key role at the very start of Global comms initiatives and the roll-out across regions and countries.

You will:

  • Coordinate communication projects (e.g TVC & digital productions) with an understanding of prioritizing resources and tasks, and aligning the work of external partners (creative agencies) with internal partners (global and regional teams).
  • Support the development of digital assets (Digital performance and CRM), working closely with the global digital team and local marketing teams. 
  • Create global events for all Glovo countries and supervise local executions. 
  • Work closely with Glovo’s regional and local teams to understand country needs and support them on the creation of new local assets.
  • Track and monitor performance & growth metrics and be prepared to do in depth business analysis. 
  • Understand the competitive landscape worldwide and keep track on competition activities.
  • Manage the budget.

Requirements:

  • Business Administration Studies in top University
  • Minimum of 2 years of Marketing experience at a leading FMCG/CPG company.
  • Hands on experience in managing communication project plans, managing the relationship with agencies, delivering feedback and working under tight timelines.
  • Expertise in executing integrated marketing campaigns across channels (including ATL, Social Media, CRM, etc.). 
  • Excellent external view of the global digital landscape. 
  • Have a deep understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs.
  • Excellent organizational & communication skills, 
  • Proficient in English
