As Business Project Manager you will work with the Global Partner Operations team to build the highest impact projects that will help us drive and improve our Partners experience. Also, you will manage the technical relationship with Top Partners across the globe that wish to integrate their POS systems with Glovo’s platform.

You will:

  • Drive the full implementation of POS (Point of Sales) integrations for Partners owning the Partner negotiation, onboarding, technical deployment and support strategy, directly in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and oversee the same activities in LatinAmerica, coordinating with local resources in Argentina.
  • Negotiate and work closely to key technical suppliers in order to create POS integrations with a global/regional scope.
  • Work with business partners and  functional leaders to understand business objectives and prioritize technological products/solutions to be requested to the Tech Team. Build business cases to strongly support these requests.
  • Advising operations teams on the global feasibility of products throughout the product life-cycle.
  • Defining success of new products/features with global business impact.
  • Ensure everything is communicated and deployed properly to the departments involved.
  • Build manuals to ensure all tools are adopted by the Partner Operations teams globally and perform trainings to facilitate the learning process.
  • Ensure that the solution/approach taken by the project is global and benefits most of our hubs and agents (and of course meets the needs of the involved departments).
  • Being the ultimate accountable for the feedback of the performance of current tools, gathering information from all local markets around the world. Summarize and classify this feedback in order to communicate to the Tech Team.
  • Being the ultimate connector between Partner Operations and Tech Team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience leading and implementing Partner technology integrations and projects for efficiency/accuracy.
  • External focus, in order to: 1. Reach out our Partners and create win-win situations and 2. Get their feedback on our tech products directly.
  • You're not afraid to get your hands dirty, you have a bias-to-action and hands-on experience delivering business results.
  • Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills. Must be comfortable communicating with other teams and partners.
  • Experience with cross functional collaboration and negotiation.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as SQL and Excel.
  • English and Spanish is a must.
  • EU Passport/Work Visa.
